SAFE – Electronic Invoice Archiving System enables simple, safe and cheap collection (sending/receiving/archiving) of any type of online invoices in formats most convenient for a counterparty.

It also enables mutual communication and convenient exchange of documents –
a user gains control over the whole invoicing process – from issuing to receiving of a document.

To send e-invoices to many recipients (including those not using EDI) it is enough to provide your
SAFE account with documents, to let the recipients download them in a format most convenient for them.

It also works in reverse – you can collect invoices from many suppliers in one place, and any of them can deliver EDI or PDF e-invoice to your account. SAFE means convenience, safety and order in your documentation.

Since 18 April 2019, all institutions and companies governed by the Public Procurement Act must accept electronic invoices from suppliers.
Electronic invoices may be collected through a dedicated portal, desktop application or by direct connection of the Platform with domain systems.
Apart from electronic invoices, it will be possible to send the following documents: adjustment invoices, orders, advices of delivery, confirmations of receipt and accounting notes.

KSeF, or the National System of e-Invoices, is a system that will be used to register, receive and store invoices in a structured form. The e-invoices collected there will be marked with an identification number (assigned by the system), the compliance with the specified invoice template and the correctness of the data will also be verified.

We cyclically invite to open trainings, where we share our experience with entrepreneurs. We also organize closed trainings and workshops, at request.

To facilitate entrance into the EDI world, we offer trainings both for experienced IT specialists and novice employees of any department – they will enable them to begin using EDI and let them use it thoroughly.
