The Management Board of Edison hereby informs that on 19 June 2019 an agreement was signed for the sale of the majority package of shares of EDISON S.A. to EDITEL Austria GmbH with its registered office in Vienna.
As a result, Edison became part of the Editel group present not only in Austria, but also in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Croatia.
The new majority shareholder of Edison S.A. - Editel Austria GmBH is an international company which has been operating with success in European markets for more than 30 years in the area corresponding to the activities of EDISON S.A.
We see this change as a chance for significant development of the Company and opportunity to reinforce its position as the leader in EDI services in Poland and in Europe.
